About the partnership
Sarah Rodriguez of Aspire Health, Fitness and Wellbeing, is delivering the event in partnership with Broadstairs Library. Over the past 12 months there has been free community events, practical workshops, and educational talks supporting women’s health and wellbeing through menopause and beyond.
The partnership has created safe, supportive spaces for women to explore wellbeing practices and discover resources they may not have known were available.
“It’s been inspiring to collaborate with Broadstairs Library to create free, accessible events for women,” said Sarah Rodriguez.
“World Menopause Day is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community, share knowledge, and celebrate the importance of supporting women through every stage of life.”
Supporting community wellbeing
This event is supported by Thanet Libraries and funded by Know Your Neighbourhood, a national programme that aims to increase volunteering and reduce loneliness in local communities.
The funding has enabled Broadstairs Library and Sarah Rodriguez to deliver a year of impactful activities that help people connect, learn, and feel more involved in their local area.
