This internationally recognised award is the hallmark of excellence for parks and green spaces. It confirms what many already know: Kent’s country parks are among the best-kept and most-loved in the country.
The eight award-winning parks reflect the diversity of Kent's natural environment, from ancient woodland and chalk grassland to river valleys and internationally important coastal habitats, demonstrating the breadth of landscapes cared for by KCC.
Green flags will proudly be flying at Lullingstone, Grove Ferry, Shorne Woods, Teston Bridge, Trosley, Manor Park, Pegwell Bay, and Brockhill country parks.
These parks are not only beautiful spaces but vital community assets, offering places to relax, explore nature and enjoy outdoor activities year-round.
