The changes include timetable adjustments, a new night service, and an extension of Route E via the new busway at Whitecliffe. These updates are designed to better connect communities and support the growing transport needs of the area.
In line with recent Government announcements, the national bus fare cap will increase from £2 to £3. This new cap will apply to all Fastrack services and will be frozen until March 2027, offering passengers continued value and predictability in travel costs.
A summary of the service changes:
- Route A: Minor timetable changes. The current night service will be renamed as Route N.
- Route AZ: Minor timetable changes.
- Route B: Revised timetable with reduced standing times at Temple Hill. Some early morning and late-night trips will be replaced by the new Route N.
- Route E: Now extended to Bluewater via the new Whitecliffe busway, operating every 30 minutes, including Sundays.
- Route F: Minor timetable tweaks to maintain connectivity with Route B at Bluewater.
- Route N: A new hourly night service connecting Gravesend, Bluewater, Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford, The Bridge, and Amazon LCY3.
