The search is on for the region's mental health and wellbeing champions and Kent County Council (KCC) has joined the call for entries for the 2024 Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards.

The annual honours recognise the individuals, organisations, and initiatives that help us cope with life.

Staged in October by the mental health charity Mind in Bexley and East Kent, in collaboration with a range of wellbeing and mental health organisations, the awards have three main themes – mental health, wellbeing, kindness and compassion.

Nominations can be linked to a simple act of kindness that made a difference or a business that has improved staff wellbeing.

Initiatives delivered by a charity or organisation to support a mental health issue are also encouraged to apply.

Entries are accepted from the Kent, Medway, Bexley and Bromley areas up to noon on Sunday, 1st September2024.

Submit a nomination using a Kent awards nomination form and read more about the awards.
